The application does not require user registration and does not collect or store personally identifiable information.
The application may access the device’s location solely to enable map and route functionality within the city. This information is used temporarily, is not stored, is not linked to a personal identity, and is not shared by the developer.
If the user chooses to contact support via WhatsApp or email, the information voluntarily provided is used only to respond to the request and is not stored outside of that communication.
The application may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect technical information and the device’s advertising identifier for advertising purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The application does not process or store personal user information. Location access is limited strictly to the functionality of the app. Information voluntarily provided when contacting support is used solely to respond to the request.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information; however, no system is completely secure.
